Welcome to Remedi! Our lives are so fast paced today, and I encourage you take a break and give your mind a hug through a personalized massage. I specialize in light to medium pressure through full body Swedish massage techniques. My approach to your wellness is specific to your needs whether you’d like certain areas targeted or a full body massage. My goal is to give your mind and body a sense of peace, relaxation and to reduce the amount of stress your muscles are carrying. I also have background experience in geriatric/senior massage with additional studies in Hospital Bedside and Oncology massage. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, my 3 year old chocolate lab Fenway, church activates and hospice volunteering.
